Our Tokyo Graduate Analyst Program offers experience and development for new and recent graduates.

During the program, you will participate in two placements in teams within our Japan business, and at the end of the last placement, you will move into a permanent position with one of our teams.
Our team look for evidence of the following qualities in applications:
- Are able to communicate and collaborate with a range of people
- Are able to analyse and interpret complex information
- Have quantitative skills
- Have worked effectively in teams
- Fluency in Japanese and intermediate-level English
