Our internal employee network, Aurora Pride, provides a forum for LGBTQIA+ people and allies to share their experiences. We organise regular socials for LGBTQIA+ people and allies to discuss how to best support the community at Aurora and beyond.

The Aurora Pride group aims to support the people within the company on a professional and social level. This is to ensure that people at Aurora feel there is a sense of community and to help raise awareness around LGBTQIA+ issues in the workplace.
We are a sociable community, holding regular cultural, sporting and fun events and outings. The rapport between our people is key to us being our best, and our offices focus on bringing people together.
Our Aurora Fun Committee organises art lessons, pub quizzes, The AER Factor talent show, a murder mystery, and much more!
In the office, we look after our people, providing a fresh supply of fruit, snacks, coffee, and beer and pizza for our Friday afternoon meetings, finishing the week on a high.
