Working with our teams
During the Tokyo Graduate Analyst Programme, you’ll complete rotations across different teams, gaining hands-on experience and valuable insight into our business. Upon successful completion, you’ll be offered a full-time role aligned with your interests and business needs.
Advisory
Our Advisory team provides bespoke insights to support strategic decisions and high-profile energy transactions. Projects span technologies, policies, and client types—delivering depth, impact, and collaboration at every stage.
Research
Our Research team delivers in-depth analysis of power and commodity markets to over 800 clients, including banks, funds, governments, and grid operators. Reports cover renewables, storage, hydrogen, thermal power, and more.
