We are delighted to invite you to our next Public Webinar, PJM Nodal Pricing and Grid Congestion: Key Drivers through 2030. The session will be held virtually on Zoom May 16th from 1:00–1:45 PM ET.

The distribution of nodal prices is an important factor for power generation asset economics and therefore location strategy. We look forward to discussing major trends driving changes in PJM’s price and congestion landscape in this decade, utilizing the forecast from our power-flow nodal pricing model.

Key topics covered during the session include the following:

• How have nodal prices varied across PJM to date? Which regions have experienced greater local differentiation, and what has driven this effect?
• How will major capacity changes affect local prices? We will explore impacts of coal plant retirements and new renewable capacity.
• Where will load growth contribute to great LMP basis going forward?
