Powering the Energy Transition: Security of Supply in Poland

March 24 @ 10:30 am - 11:30 am GMT

Register
Join our event for a detailed look at the state of Poland’s power security of power supply. In recent years, Poland has accelerated its efforts to decarbonise its power system, and recent events, like the 2029 Capacity Market auction, have raised expectations of a system reliant on (BESS) and renewables.
But can such an energy mix provide the required stability of supply?

We will investigate this subject by answering questions such as:

  • What will Poland’s energy mix look like if the Capacity Market mechanism remains unchanged?
  • How will a BESS-oriented Polish system behave under extreme weather conditions?
  • How can Poland ensure that its power system is robust?
If you have any questions, please get in touch with Hanna Wojtyniakour Commercial Associate.
