Solutions Architect (Enterprise)

Position

Based in Oxford, you will be the Solutions Architect responsible for our enterprise systems (including Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, SharePoint) and joining the business in the early stages of our Microsoft Dynamics implementation. You will liaise with internal teams and third parties to ensure systems integrate effectively, and define processes and practices to ensure they are scalable, secure and robust.

The successful applicant will have a passion for solving business problems with technology and combine exceptional technical capabilities with great communication skills and understanding of how the business operates.

Key responsibilities

  • Work as the Solutions Architect for our enterprise software systems, including Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, SharePoint, and our HR system (currently IrisHR) – and new systems that are needed as the company grows.
  • Make key decisions on how they integrate and how data flows between the systems to ensure we have an extensible, well managed eco-system which enables the business to work efficiently and effectively as it grows.
  • Work with internal teams to understand what challenges they face and innovate cost-effective solutions where technology can have an impact.
  • Put in place policies and practices to ensure our enterprise systems remain scalable, secure, and robust and third-party software across the business is appropriately managed.

Required attributes

  • To have a 1st or 2:1 degree n a STEM subject.
  • A track record for successfully implementing and integrating enterprise systems, preferably using SaaS/Cloud solutions (e.g. MS Dynamics, Salesforce, SharePoint, Power Automate, etc).
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
